Any non faulty goods requiring return for refund or exchange should be returned within 30 days of receipt. Non faulty returned items must be returned in original perfect sale condition with all the original accessories. Including; leads, lamps instructions & packaging. *Exceptions apply
Faulty goods under standard warranty are generally covered for 12 months from date of invoice. We recommend you contact a member of our sales team to check return products before you arrange shipment back to us.
All packaging must be intact. Please refrain from using gaffa tape, brown tape or staples that may affect the original packaging or product. Please use standard clear tape so as not to damage the outer packaging.
Manufacturers boxes that contain the product must be packed into another outer box with sufficient packaging i.e. Bubble wrap, polystyrene etc. to reduce the risk of damage to both product and packaging.
Any damages that may have occurred due to poor return packaging may result in product not being refunded in full.
Any lighting equipment for return should have its lamps removed and wrapped separately to prevent damage. Customers should be advised that lamps are not covered by warranty.
Any items that take fluid should be fully emptied before being returned.
All return parcels must include paperwork stating; Date of order, Original invoice address & postcode, Return product codes, Contact name, Number and Reason for return.
Refunds will not be issued on consumable items or products at risk of copy such as; lamps, fluids, faders, styli, software, CDs, videos & DVDs unless it can be proved the item was faulty or seals are still intact. If you are unsure if your product falls into this category please contact a member of the sales team.
Goods received damaged should be signed for as "Damaged". Once a parcel has been signed for as received in good condition claims for damage will not be accepted by the company.
All returned goods will be fully examined and tested by our technician. No replacements or refunds will be issued until such testing has been carried out.
Failure to follow the correct returns procedure may result in your items being subject to a handling charge or refund being refused.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
