The microphone has a metal framed anti shock suspension, that will keep unwanted background disturbances low, while allowing good positioning of the microphone. There is a small desk stand included with the package, ideal if the microphone is used for blogging or the shock mount can be detached and secured to a larger floor stand. Connection is via a USB lead for connection to a suitable mixer or directly to a computer. Headphone monitoring is also included on this microphone model. You can plug in a a pair of headphones to monitor the sound. Use the on-mic level control to adjust the volume.
