A 500 watt per channel power amplifier suitable for professional installations with extremely compact 19” housing, height is only 1U (44mm). Lightweight design based on soft start switch mode power supply and is extremely reliable.
The amp offers 3 operating modes; stereo, mono and bridged with very efficient cooling, using temperature controlled fans. The peak limiter helps prevent signal distortion and damaging speaker drivers. Switchable 75Hz / -24dB low cut filter used when small speaker cabinets are used that do not support really low frequencies. Adjustable input sensitivity: 0.775V-1.0V-1.44V. Ground lift switch used to help reduce unwanted sounding hums. A plastic cover is included and can be installed to prevent unauthorized persons from changing the input levels. The amp is well protected against DC faults, high temperature, overload and short circuits. Inputs are via XLR and there are XLR link outs to connect to other amplifiers. The outputs are via speakon connections.
